Terms of Service

1. Services and Scope of Work

By engaging our code management services, you agree that all work undertaken — including code reviews, version control management, repository maintenance, and deployment assistance — will be performed as agreed in your service agreement or project brief. We reserve the right to decline requests outside the agreed scope, and any additional work will be subject to a separate agreement and applicable fees.

2. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and access to necessary systems and repositories. You warrant that you own or have the legal right to share any code, assets, or intellectual property submitted to us. We accept no liability for delays or issues arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or late information provided by the client.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code developed specifically for your project becomes your property. Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or proprietary methodologies we use remain our intellectual property. Open-source components are subject to their respective licences, and we will notify you of any such dependencies included in your codebase.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific work in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity. While we take every precaution to maintain code quality and security, we strongly recommend maintaining your own backups and conducting independent security reviews before deploying any code to production environments.
